Céline Jolly earned her Master of Spanish Foreign Languages and Cultures from the Université Jules Verne de Picardie- Amiens and a second master's degree in Teaching French - Didactique des Langues et Sciences du Langage - Concentration (F.L.E), from the Université de la Sorbonne Nouvelle - Paris.
She was a French instructor at the “Alliance Française” in Bologna and was awarded a position with the Italian public school system in Bologna as a teaching assistant. She has also taught at the University of Ferrara (Faculty of French Language and Faculty of Economy).
Since the 2000’s, she has worked with Zanichelli Editore, an Italian publishing company.
