Catherine Bertini, professor of public administration and international affairs at Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and former executive director of the U.N. World Food Programme, discussed "Improving Food Supply: Empowering Women and Girls" as part of the "Year of Agriculture" at SAIS on Thursday, April 12.
