Johns Hopkins SAIS alumni Jesse Friedlander Jesse Friedlander is co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of DesVoeux Partners, an international multi-family office based in Hong Kong. Since arriving in Asia in 2002 Mr. Friedlander has held various regional roles with JPMorgan, Merrill Lynch and Susquehanna International Group in investment research and capital markets. Prior to graduate school he worked as a bottling operations manager for the the Coca-Cola Company in North East China.

Mr. Friedlander served for six years as President of the Yale Club of Hong Kong, is a Presidents Circle member of the Asia Society and is also a frequent contributor to the South China Morning Post. He is fluent in Mandarin and French and proficient in Cantonese, Indonesian and Spanish.

Mr. Friedlander graduated cum laude from Yale College in East Asian Studies and holds an MBA from Wharton and an M.A. from SAIS with concentrations in International Finance and Southeast Asian studies. He is also a CFA charter holder.
