Ned S. Offit JHU'87, '93

Ned S. Offit is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Offit Capital.  Previously, he was a Managing Director at Offit Hall Capital Management and a Managing Director at OFFITBANK, based in Miami. From 1993-1999, Mr. Offit worked for Bear Stearns & Co., Inc., most recently as a Managing Director in the emerging markets fixed income department. While at Bear Stearns, he spent two years running emerging markets fixed income sales in London. From 1989-1990, Mr. Offit worked for Chase Manhattan Bank in domestic private banking.
 
Mr. Offit received a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University (1987), and a M.A. in Latin American Studies and International Economics from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at The Johns Hopkins University (1993).

Mr. Offit is a member of the Advisory Council for the School of Advanced International Studies at The Johns Hopkins University and a member of the Board of Directors of Asphalt Green. Previously, Mr. Offit has served on the Board of Trustees of Montefiore Medical Center and the Riverdale Country School.
