Mr. Flaherty is Managing Director of Arcon Partners, LLC, a private investment firm, and is a Director Emeritus of McKinsey & Company, Inc., where he worked predominantly with financial institutions, as well as with media and information companies.  He chairs the board of Educators for Excellence and serves on the boards of the Foreign Policy Association, TechnoServe, the Rockefeller University and the Kenyon Review.  He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.  Peter is a graduate of Stanford University, the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and the Harvard Business School
