Kissinger Center Research Workshop with PhD Candidate Jaehan Park

The Kissinger Center hosted a dissertation workshop for Johns Hopkins SAIS PhD candidate Jaehan Park to provide critical feedback on the opening chapters to his dissertation, “Rethinking Geopolitics: Geopolitics as International Theory.” Park’s dissertation argues that for complex reasons, geopolitics lost its place during the late 20th century and draws from Anglo-American classics to recast geopolitics as a theory of foreign policy concerned with geographic orientation.
