The Kissinger Center hosted a salon dinner with SAIS students, academics, and practitioners and special guest Philip Zelikow, the White Burkett Miller Professor of History and J. Wilson Newman Professor of Governance at the University of Virginia, to discuss his latest book with Condoleezza Rice; To Build a Better World: Choices to End the Cold War and Create a Global Commonwealth, as well as his article in the Texas National Security Review; “To Regain Policy Competence: The Software of American Public Problem-Solving”.
