Judge Richard Posner to Speak at JHU SAIS
Richard A. Posner, judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, will speak at the Johns Hopkins Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) on Monday, 11/27 at 5:30 p.m.
Posner will speak about "The Role of Intelligence in Counterterrorism" at the "The SAIS Intelligence Forum" hosted by the Philip Merrill Center for Strategic Studies.
Posner, author of Preventing Surprise Attacks: Intelligence Reform in the Wake of 9/11, is an expert on the economic, organizational and legal challenges of intelligence reform.
John McLaughlin, Merrill Center senior fellow and former acting CIA director, will moderate the discussion.
