Rep. Adam Smith to Speak at JHU SAIS on Civil-Military Relations

Adam Smith, Democratic congressman from Washington, will speak at the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) on Wednesday, February 13 at 5 p.m.

Smith, who serves as the ranking member of the House Armed Services Committee, will speak about “The Role of Congress in Civil-Military Relations.”

The event will be held in the Lower Level Auditorium of the school’s Bernstein-Offit Building, 1717 Massachusetts Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C. Members of the public should RSVP to the SAIS Strategic Studies Program, at [email protected] or 202.663.5774.
