Terje Rød Larsen, Norwegian diplomat and United Nations special envoy, will speak at the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) about "Challenges and Opportunities in the Middle East" on Tuesday, 10/3 at 4:30 p.m.
