SAIS Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) supports faculty recruitment and retention, collaborates with faculty colleagues to advance and promote their important work, and to ensure the continued excellence of SAIS faculty by enhancing faculty development initiatives, increasing faculty diversity, and building a strong, inclusive, and collaborative faculty community.
