Johns Hopkins SAIS and McGill University launch cooperative degree program

WASHINGTON, DC | BOLOGNA, Italy -- The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and McGill University’s Max Bell School of Public Policy have partnered to launch a cooperative degree program. This two-year program will enable students to earn a Master of Arts in International Affairs at SAIS Europe, the School’s European campus located in Bologna, Italy, and a Master of Public Policy from McGill University in Montreal. Students in this two-year program spend one year at each campus and can begin their studies in either Bologna or Montreal.
“For 65 years, SAIS Europe has prepared students for global careers in public service, diplomacy, business, and nonprofit organizations under an American system of graduate education. We are proud of our reputation for developing creative leaders who can see beyond borders and work across sectors and we welcome this opportunity to partner with the Max Bell School to continue to enhance the educational experience for students at both schools,” said Eliot Cohen, Dean, Johns Hopkins SAIS.
