"A conversation on How to Thrive in Our Age of Accelerations" with Tom Friedman, author and Foreign Affairs Columnist for The New York Times, will be hosted at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). The event is presented by the Dean's Forum and the Philip Merrill Center for Strategic Studies.
Friedman, an internationally known author and journalist, has won the Pulitzer Prize three times for his work at the Times. His column reports on U.S. domestic politics and foreign policy, Middle East conflicts, international economics, environment, biodiversity, and energy.
A limited number of signed copies of Friedman's book, Thank You for Being Late: An Optimist's Guide to Thriving in the Age of Accelerations, will be available for purchase after the event.
