"Russia’s Foreign Policy: New Spheres of Influence?"

What more can the United States and Europe do to address Russian policies? What role, if any, should Russia play in resolving the conflicts in Syria and Ukraine? Two panels will address Russian foreign policy amid the conflict in Ukraine and war in Syria.

The annual conference is on behalf of the Conflict Management Program at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), the SAIS Global Security and Conflict Management Club and the Transatlantic Academy.
