Thai Foreign Minister Kasit to Speak at JHU SAIS

Kasit Piromya, foreign minister of Thailand, will speak at the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) on Monday, 04/12 at 10 a.m.

Kasit will offer his perspectives on the political situation and economic developments in Thailand. The foreign minister will be in Washington, D.C., from 04/11-13 to attend the Nuclear Security Summit hosted by President Barack Obama.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will be held in Kenney Auditorium located on the first floor of the school's Nitze Building, 1740 Massachusetts Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C. Members of the public should RSVP to the SAIS Southeast Asia Studies Program at 202.663.5837.
