Susana Abril has taught Spanish at the World Bank, Georgetown University School of Continuing Education, George Mason University and US Department of Agriculture. She has designed internet-based materials and other learning tools for students and developed the "Spanish Learning Modules for Heritage Students" for the National Foreign Language Center. As a native of Argentina, she taught English as a second language in that country. She received her MA, ESL from the National University of Tucuman, and her MS in Spanish linguistics from Georgetown University.
