In May 2013, the Philippine government acknowledged the support of many of its advisors, one of whom was  Tom Lu JUH '09, B'09, '10, Associate, Sovereign & Supranationals Debt Capital Markets, for assisting in receiving an investment grade rating from Standard & Poor’s.
