SAIS Europe Financial Aid Application Deadline
February 15, 2020

SAIS Europe Financial Aid

Students enrolling in SAIS Europe programs can apply for additional scholarship and funding opportunities, regardless of citizenship.

SAIS Europe Scholarships

SAIS Europe awards special scholarships and partial tuition grants. We also administer a number of generous awards (partial and full tuition scholarships) on behalf of donor institutions.

Non-US students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance during their first semester at SAIS Europe will likely receive support for their second year of study, ranging from small scholarships to a limited number of full-tuition packages.

Those who wish to be considered for either financial aid or any of the special scholarships administered by SAIS Europe must submit the following documents by February 15, 2020.

  • a complete Application for Admission by January 7, 2020
  • a complete Application for Financial Aid, signed by the applicant's parents, by February 15, 2020
  • proof of parents’ income (tax declaration or other official proof)

Some donor institutions also require that candidates submit a scholarship application directly to them. See instructions below.

External Scholarships

Since SAIS Europe funds are limited, all candidates in need of financial assistance are encouraged to seek alternative sources of financial aid independently.

The following lists provide examples only of channels through which financial aid might be accessible. This is not a comprehensive list — we encourage you to perform your own research on funding sources.

The granting organizations listed here are not affiliated with Johns Hopkins SAIS. We do not track these opportunities, so information on this list may change at any time. It is your responsibility to approach these organizations directly to determine your eligibility, confirm scholarship details, and apply to them.
